I've Had It With Newdow

Newdow is now trying to stop the prayer for the inaugeration.

I've had it with all these self-rightous Anti-theists.

You know what, you claim that we are pushing our Christian beliefs on you. Here's a little common sense... DON'T LISTEN, AND AVOID THE SITUATION!!

I don't agree with the act of prostitution, so I avoid that type of situation, I don't try to stop it, even though it is something that probably should be discontinued.

So, dear Anit-theist, get over yourself, and stop trying to push you beliefs, or lack thereof, on me!

Just don't say "Under God" when you say the pledge.
Don't listen to the inaugeral prayer, or better yet, don't go.
Don't go to a Christian church.
Don't read the 10 commandments in the courtroom.

YOU CAN AVOID IT, so stop trying to take it away from me!

If Newdow was heavily questioned I doubt he would be able to come up with much more than "because it's my right." Well, what about MY right?

So true. And it shows the ways of the anti-theist. HIS right according to him is the abolition of God in society. I think it is Bush's decision on whether he says 'so help me God'. Not some quack that cant even keep his daughter from believing.

I don't understand why someone such as Newdow would want to try to destroy something that has worked perfectly for over 200 years...it doesn't make sense, unless you just say he is selfish.

perhaps it is just my "coming of age" but it seems that the past 20 years have been filled with egotistical people fighting the system.

And my former employer bought some of the Cambell soup ones! So I am very familiar with them as they hung in the corporate offices!
